Which coach for how many

Seated ratings assume everyone sitting. On a day where the party is up and moving, treat about three quarters of the rated number as the comfortable figure. Twelve to fifteen people on a 20-passenger coach with golf bags or float gear is a different proposition from fifteen people going to dinner, and it is worth saying which one you are when you book.
Above roughly twenty-five confirmed people, the question stops being which coach and becomes whether one vehicle or two serves you better. Two smaller coaches reach pickups a larger one cannot and let the group split when half want to leave at midnight and half at two. One keeps everyone together. Questions we get on bachelor parties
How far in advance should we book a bachelor party bus?
Two to three months for a peak Saturday, four to six weeks for most other dates. If your day is built around a game, a tee time or a float launch, book the transport as soon as that anchor is confirmed — those dates concentrate demand.
Can you collect people from the airport?
We can, but a staging point is usually the better plan. Scattered arrival times mean a coach sitting idle on your booked hours. One address that everyone gets themselves to, collected once, moves the group sooner and costs less.
Can we bring coolers and our own drinks?
Yes, for passengers twenty-one and over. Tell us when you book if you are bringing a lot, so we put you on the right coach. If anyone in the party is under twenty-one, the booking runs alcohol-free by arrangement.
What if the game runs long?
Sport does not keep to a schedule and we plan for that. Tell us the event when you book rather than just the finish time, and agree the pickup point with the driver before anyone goes in. Extending on the night depends on whether the coach is free afterwards.
Is the bus obvious from the outside?
No. The exteriors are unmarked white coaches with tinted glass. Nothing on the vehicle announces what it is, which matters for residential pickups, venues and anywhere you would rather arrive quietly.
Can we do golf and downtown in the same booking?
Yes, and it is one of the most common shapes we run — but it is an eight to ten hour day rather than the six most groups budget for. A course eats four hours on its own before anyone eats or changes.
