The bus in the photo is the bus that arrives.
A large share of the party bus websites competing for your search in Austin do not own a single vehicle. They take a deposit, then find an operator with something free and keep the difference — which is why the photos on those sites are stock, and why what turns up on the night can be a surprise.

The 20-Passenger
The one most bachelorette parties and birthday groups end up on. Small enough to get down a residential street and into a Rainey Street loading zone, big enough that nobody is sitting on a lap.

The 25-Passenger
Fiber-optic star ceiling and full wraparound leather. The one to ask about for a winery run or a longer Hill Country day, where people are on the bus between stops for a while and comfort matters more than square footage.

The 30-Passenger
Our largest coach, with backlit Austin skyline panels running down both sides. This is the game day, corporate group and wedding shuttle vehicle — the one that moves a whole guest list in one trip instead of three.

Outside
Unmarked, and that is deliberate.
Clean white coaches with tinted glass. No livery, no branding down the side — which matters more than people expect for wedding venues, corporate pickups and neighbourhoods with an HOA that takes an interest.
Picking a size
Book the size up, not the size down.
Capacity is the one thing we cannot fix on the day. A 20-passenger coach holds twenty people comfortably — it does not hold twenty-three, and the three who do not fit are standing on a curb.
Groups also grow between booking and the date far more often than they shrink. If you are between sizes, take the larger one: the price difference is usually smaller than people assume, and the difference in how the night actually feels is not.
