A tour is a planned itinerary with multiple stops. We work out the order, the drive times, and the timing around when places actually open, then the bus stays with you the entire day. Nobody drives, nobody gets left at a stop, and nobody is coordinating four cars over text message.

These are the routes we run most. None of them are fixed packages — tell us the group, the date and roughly what you want out of the day, and we build the itinerary around it.
Hill Country Winery Tour
Out to the wineries west of Austin and through the Hill Country. The driver stays with the bus at every stop, so nobody is negotiating a ride home after a tasting flight.
Craft Brewery Crawl

How the day runs
What actually happens on a tour day.
- We plan the route before the date
You tell us the stops or the theme and the headcount. We check drive times and opening hours and send back an itinerary that fits the hours you are booking, rather than one that runs out of time at stop three.
- Pickup at your address
One pickup point, or a couple if the group is spread out. The bus arrives before your start time so loading does not eat into the clock.
- The driver stays with the bus
At every stop. You are not calling anyone to come back, and the bus is where your coats, coolers and everything else stay between stops.
- Stops run on your pace, within the hours booked
If a stop is going well you can stretch it and shorten the next one. If you want to add time on the day, ask the driver and we will tell you what it costs before it is added — never after.
- Drop-off where you started
Or somewhere else, if you tell us in advance so it is priced into the quote rather than discovered at the end.
Before you book anyone
Two questions worth asking any operator.
Do you own the bus you are quoting me? A large share of party bus websites in Austin are brokers. They take your deposit, then shop your date to whoever has a vehicle free. You find out what actually shows up on the day, and if it does not show up, the company that took your money does not own the problem.
Is the quote final in writing? Ask whether the number covers the full window including travel to the pickup, or whether the meter starts somewhere else. Get it in writing either way. This is the single most common place a party bus bill grows between booking and drop-off.
